What CoDriverOne is

CoDriverOne is a private fleet-operations app used by the drivers, dispatchers and administrators of the trucking company that created your account. There is no public sign-up: your account is created by your company's administrator, and the information in the app is your company's operational data.

Information we collect

Account information — your name, username, email address, role and, if your administrator adds it, a phone number. This comes from your company, not from you.

Work activity — loads, stops, appointment times, status updates, notes, and the reports you file (for example a breakdown, delay, new ETA or incident report).

Photos — pictures you choose to attach, such as freight, paperwork, seals or damage. The app only accesses photos you pick or take; it never scans your photo library.

Location — captured only at the moment you submit a status update or report, to record where the event happened. CoDriverOne does not track your location in the background.

Device basics — a sign-in session cookie, and a notification token if you turn on push notifications.

How we use it

Only to run the service for your company: showing loads to the right people, alerting dispatch when you file a report, and keeping a record of deliveries and paperwork. We do not sell personal information, we show no ads, and we use no third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

AI assistant

If you ask the in-app assistant a question about your loads, your question and the relevant load details are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the answer. These requests are used to answer you, not to build advertising profiles.

Who can see your information

Your company's dispatchers and administrators see the operational data described above — that is the purpose of the app. Behind the scenes we use service providers to host the app and store data (such as Vercel for hosting, Neon for the database, and cloud file storage for photos). They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Retention and deletion

Records are kept while your company uses CoDriverOne, since they are part of its operational history. If you leave the company, your administrator deactivates your account. To request deletion of your personal information, ask your company administrator or contact us directly.

Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, and access is limited by role — drivers see their own truck's work, dispatchers see the trucks they cover.

Children

CoDriverOne is a workplace tool for professional drivers and is not directed to anyone under 16.
